Hi everybody thought go drop
in a update ,I received money into my account on 8th and then next morning received decision letter,I was given enhanced rate on daily living receiving 20 points i believe and 10 points standard on mobility as I suspected because assessor missed out on main details and classed it under mental health non physical which wasn’t right ,I called pip same day gave them details of what the problem Was and the lovely lady on phone said I think we have enough details for MR but I requested that I would like to send in evidence and photographs & medications and all for to make it easy for DM to point me correctly for mobility she said that’s fine and i have sent in all in same evening with support from Friends .also one major mistake was that DM said my award ends within a year as my leave for UK residency runs out in December 2024 which isn’t true I have indifinte no restriction residency I was given Humanitarian protection in very young age and was taken from parents when they went back to homeland.so I explained that as well. Now hoping for positive outcome ,hope you all are doing good.
