got a phone call from pip saying that they can offer me the basic rate for daily living and mobility but i would have to cancel the appeal.

i said no because i believe i am eligible for higher in both. i found it funny because these are the same people who offered me 0 points on everything despite my medical evidence and this wouldv'e been the same unless i have not been fighting for my case.

to everyone out there in the pip process whether applying  or appealing or anything else please do not give up!!!

What you could have done is accept that award. Your appeal would have lapsed but once the award was in payment you could have then requested the Tribunal again for that decision.
At least this way you would have had some money coming in while you wait for the hearing.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
