Good afternoon people I would like to say to everyone don't give up or worry about a tribunal it's it's taken me 16 months to finally get my award and the 3 people on the panel couldn't have been more accomodating, I was dreading going to a hearing , my anxiety was at its worst and felt so nervous.. it lasted about 30 mins ...hang in there anyone that's awaiting a hearing it's not as bad as our minds tell us it's going to be ... It's the complete opposite to how the dwp conduct themselves...

@dy1987 I'm so happy to hear that things went well for you. It's good to read a positive post on benefits for a change! Maybe you could buy yourself a little treat or do something nice (like watch a movie, or whatever you find relaxing) so that you can recover from all the stress.
Thanks for posting! -
Thankyou for your response.. to be honest after all the stress and struggle I will be playing catch up on 16 months of struggling. I just want people who feel down and depressed or anxious in the build up to Thier tribunal that it's honestly not as bad as we make ourselves believe ..and to just hang in there ..
