Additional evidence provided after PIP assessment

Hello,
I had my PIP assessment on 7th Feb and uploaded evidence to support my statement that I had psychosis and provided consultation history going back from 2020 to 2021. However, I am now worried as there’s no indication on there of issues with going to the toilet, being unable to bathe etc. it states that my mental health is good and there are a couple of notes on aches and pains but generally I sound well. The thing is I never told my psychiatrist nurse these things because they weren’t as frequent and I didn’t want to remain with the IAPT team so presented myself well. But also my symptoms didn’t worse till later in 2021 but I did say in my PIP application that my symptoms have been obvious over the past 36 months. I’m worried how this is going to come across to the DWP. I did state that my symptoms have been more severe over the past 6 months and the GP has provided a letter supporting this and stating the working diagnosis.

Does anyone have any thoughts? I’m so stupid, I should have just left it as when I got the report the assessor recommended 11 points for daily living and 10 for mobility just from doctors letter, family and friends statement and my evidence.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Medical evidence isn't really needed for a successful PIP award. Usually they go with the report but it has been know for them to go against it. You've done all you can for now and all you can do is wait for the decision which can take up to 12 weeks, once the report was returned.0
