I've had my telephone assessment does anyone know how long a decision takes ??

    2-12 weeks once the report has been returned to the DWP.

    In a previous thread you said you'd had a phone call from a decision maker. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/101131/pip-phone-call#latest Was this the assessment you mean or did you have an actual assessment done by the health assessment providers since that thread?

    I had a proper assessment by the health assessment providers since that thread  sorry should of made it clearer

    Can take up to 12 weeks, when you start thinking about it, 'distraction is your friend', do things that take your mind off it, you know what makes you happy, e.g. watch tv, garden, bake, lego etc.
