Can someone please explain what any of this means?

No review required because a significant change is unlikely. The reason for this is because no restrictions likely so no review required.

Based on the no restrictions this may mean there's no award recommended. Have you looked at the dots/ticks next to the activities/descriptors and added up any possible points recommended? If not then you should do this, use the PIP self test here https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/pip-test-form
Transfer the dots from the report into the self test and at the end it will tell you if there's any points recommended for an award.

I used to help people fill in PIP and ESA50 forms. I have seen many PIP assessment report forms with the same boxes ticked, because of the no restriction therefore no review mentioned in the box, it suggests you haven't gotten enough points for an award therefore a review is unnecessary.

Indeed. The box can also be ticked to recommend a 10 year award but something other than "no restrictions" would be in the justification box.

It was because of the "no restrictions" that I suspected it wasn't a 10 year award. I have seen reports for recommended 10 year awards and they have explanations in the box for why the award Is justified.

This was from 3 years ago..

Basically I got full rate motability and now I've been sent for another review..

Now I'm scared that this time they will not give me the full rate motability. Take my car away when I rely on it so much

Then I don’t understand the reason why you asked what that meant if it was from 3 years ago.

As it’s now your review then you need to concentrate on that rather than a previous report. Have you filled out the forms and returned them?
