Can you tell me do I apply to this as I was a tribunal in 2016 and I got turned down twice and now I’ve been put on the highlight. How do I go about it see you I qualify for the backdated

Your post isn't clear but I read it that you previously applied for PIP twice and were refused even after going all the way to a tribunal. You have since applied again and have now means awarded PIP. You want to know if you can now challenge the earlier decisions again.

If the earlier decisions were made by a tribunal then no further challenge is possible.

If I've misunderstood the situation please explain the history more clearly - when you claimed, when you had decisions etc.

I believe the OP is referring to the changes to PIP regarding "Psychological Distress" in which the rules were changed a few years ago, and many people were incorrectly awarded, without knowing circumstances it would be hard to say if money is owed or not.
