Hi everyone, I’m new and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice from their own experience with backdated payments from Pip as I am having a lot of anxiety about when this will be paid in. I got the message on Monday the 13th that I had been awarded this and I am just waiting for the letter and the payment now. I know some people have said 3 to 5 days but is this after the text message has been sent or is there some waiting time in between getting the text about it being awarded and receiving the payment. I hope someone could help me 🙂and good luck for anyone who is currently trying to get pip.

It’s 3-5 working days after payment was sent. You can ring PIP to ask what you’ve been awarded and also ask when to expect payment into your bank and they will tell you.0

I was anxious about this too so I phoned this morning and asked. It’s definitely worth phoning if you’re struggling0

Thank you, I wasn’t sure as I’ve had different answers when I’ve looked online through Google searchpoppy123456 said:It’s 3-5 working days after payment was sent. You can ring PIP to ask what you’ve been awarded and also ask when to expect payment into your bank and they will tell you.0 -

I’m doing okay thank you and I’m so sorry for the late reply. I didn’t have to thankfully as I got paid on Thursday in the early hours of the morning. 1 -
