Need a little advice - PIP
So I have previously been getting pip,I notified them of a change back in July as I had a knee replacement, PIP then cancelled my claim so I filled in a consideration notice in - got declined, so now I have taken it to a tribunal.. I have just recieved a letter today from the judge - it is a first-tier tribunal - social entitlement chamber and on it is a question for the respondant /Dwp to act on by a specific date.
What does this letter mean??
Much appreciated for any feedback

It means exactly what it says. DWP need to respond by the date given by HMCTS. They will look at all your evidence again before responding. Sometimes they don't respond by the date given so HMCTS will extend that timeframe. If they still don't respond your hearing will still go ahead.Have you requested to either appear in person or telephone/video hearing?1

Hi yes, I requested to do telephone hearing.
