Hi what does it mean to be top of band 2 ? Does this mean I'm close to getting a offer ? Thank you

Hello @bshehej and welcome to the community.
Unfortunately it would be very difficult for us to say as we'd only be guessing. Different local authorities run their housing lists in different ways and depending on the property type or size you are waiting for, it could still be a long wait.
Band 1 is often reserved for the most immediate cases and then band 2 the top priority after that, so if you are at the top of band 2 hopefully you will hear something soon.
