PIP and hospital clinics

Hi, all.
I receive PIP and ESA for Mental health conditions but had to go to a hospital clinic for a breathing condition that is unrelated to my claim.
As I did not have to stay in hospital, and given the reason for attending the hospital clinic was not connected to my claim, do I have to disclose this on my PIP form?
Kind regards.
