Hi everyone 👋 I hope you're all ok sorry not been on much but been really poorly I got rushed to hospital by ambulance 2 weeks ago I had tests done etc and then got my diagnosis of what was wrong it was scary I'm still abit unwell now but I'm getting there well just to let yous know I have my very first CBT appointment today by phone I'm scared nervous anxious my minds racing 100 miles an hour I hope yous all takecare and stay safe sending my love and hugs to yous all xxx
