Poem life can drift
sometime we let our lives drift away
Till that day say no more are going let our lives drift before our eyes 
our cries of anguish are to motivate us into action again 
no one else is to blame but ourselves and we are the only ones who can bring the positive change to our lives. I am just going to put my anxiety to one side although I seem to have battles with my anxiety and my mind every day and I tell I do anything but I know some people it’s more harder to do that the fact I battle back every day says something that I will never let this beat me down to the ground I will always fight back and rise to my feet once again in the metaphorical sense.
