I have a pip review coming up with the assessment centre and I feel like this every time I get so tense and nervous and so uptight I hate going through this all the time

You're not alone in feeling this way, the majority of people feel the same. Make sure you have a read through the form you sent (you should have kept a copy) before the assessment.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
