Wobbly bit/ enlarging lesion

A few months ago the doctors found what they are calling either a wobbly bit or a lesion below my pulmonary valve they still aren’t 100% sure what it is, has anyone else had anything like that? 
P.s I was born with congenital heart disease

    Just thought I would add more I’ve had repeated blood cultures done they don’t show an infection I’ve been put on blood thinners and I’m waiting on an appointment for a PET CT

    I hope that appointment comes soon @DD91 it's always to get a bit of clarity on what's what.

    Sorry, can't help, hopefully just an 'benign' anomaly. Hope you get more info on it soon.
    Think of other things when you start thinking about it.

    Hi the doctors are pretty sure it’s a blood clot I had a scan on Tuesday and it’s got smaller and firmer
