I moved into my current home exactly 1 year ago and the council lady told me it was a elderly lady that lived in the house below me. But the guy who is trying to force me out of my home lives under me. Am in a 4 in the block am struggling with the stairs to. I just can't think straight it's like he has this obsession to get to me 24/7. Ongology told me I could die from a chest infection and what this guy is doing could just do that to me. I don't like to be judgemental but he is of his head on drugs and drink. Plz help someone am really struggling. I could fone the police but it's so hard to prove what hes doing though if they went into his house they would see it clearly on his ceilings. Aw see if they could do that my nightmare would be over. It's all premeditated, am so scared.0

I also forgot to mention hes taken away all my human rights to live in my own home. 17 hospital admissions I have had in the last few months & my last admission I became unresponsive and landed in resuss which I was only aware of when I came round. This is no way for anyone to live. I receive treatment once a month to get other peoples antibodies due to me not having an immune system. I hate getting up in the morning and facing his antic's and being in never ending fear then I can't wait to get to bed to which I have to sleep under my quilt with another cover over my head, god I can't breathe and the smell and taste of the stuff he gets into my home is just so awful then again I have to face it the next day. I feel like I have been living in a chemical plant come quarry this last year, no wonder I have had all the hospital admissions with him.0

Hi @hells44 I'm so sorry you have to put up with that, especially as your not well too.
Would it be worth talking to the police to see if they have a community hub near by, who you can turn to. Are the flats council if so could you get the area officer involved. Sounds awful for you0 -
Sorry you are going through this. The Council has 'ultimate' responsibility for your welfare.
Contact the Welfare Officer who can resolve this for you.0
