Hello I was wondering if you could help me , I have just been awarded pip msg came yesterday and when I called the automated line the msg told me that I would receive payment in April there wasn’t anything about back payment , also can you only get one element of payment?

    Congratulations on being awarded PIP! You will receive a letter with all those details in the post :) It will tell you if you have been awarded for one or both elements.

    The automated payment line will not give details of any money that's owed. If you want to know what you've been awarded and why to expect any money owed into your bank you will need to ring PIP and ask.
