Further to my post above still no sign of update letter. Does anyone have experience of not receiving theirs?0

I'd contact PIP @Neil67 and let them know you still haven't received the letter, if you're able to:
Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
Telephone: 0800 121 4433
Textphone: 0800 121 4493
Relay UK (if you cannot hear or speak on the phone): 18001 then 0800 121 4433
British Sign Language (BSL) video relay service if you’re on a computer - find out how to use the service on mobile or tablet
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Find out about call chargesIt's frustrating that you have to chase it up, but do let us know more as and when, good luck!

Thanks AlexWhat concerns me is if the letter has been delivered to a neighbour in error and they have opened it instead of passing it on. I have no evidence of this but the the postman has made errors previously by putting mail in the wrong letterbox. This it’s feeding into my existing mental health anxieties and severe OCD and is making me feel very I’ll. I am a private person and although I have nothing to hide I hate the thought of a neighbour opening my mail and knowing that I get PiP and becoming jealous etc. I have tried to console myself by thinking that the letter could have gone anywhere or down a black hole. Or that although the DWP say the letter has been issued on the system, I suppose there are occasions where the letter does not in fact get generated by the DWP.0

It might be helpful to focus on coping strategies to help manage your anxiety and OCD for now @Neil67, it's good to hear you're consoling yourself as best you can.
Have you managed to give them a call?0 -
It is my first time posting so hello. My disability is I am registered severely sight impaired/blind. How do you tell what date members post on here please? Maybe it's my vision problems but I can't see any dates on comments so I I don't know if they were posted recently or years ago.
My daughter does most admin for me and needs an up to date PIP letter and my most recent one is March 2023 and it is too old for her to use apparently.
Are the posts on this thread 2024 or earlier please?0 -

Are the posts on this thread 2024 or earlier please? You will need to contact PIP to ask them to send you a letter to confirm your award. Usually letters have to be dated within a year.1 -
