PIP NOTIFICATION

Hi all, I had my PIP assessment yesterday over the phone , I have read on numerous posts that people do get either a text or call as notification of the DWP receiving their assessors report . As of yet I haven’t received anything, is this ok ? I am distracting myself as best as possible but I feel a little concerned I haven’t had a notification.

many thanks , stay blessed
Chris

Sometimes a report is returned the same day, sometimes a few days, other times a few weeks. Once it's returned they sometimes send a text to say it's been received but not always. It doesn't mean anything other than you haven't received a text yet.
Once it's returned a decision can take up to 12 weeks.

Continue to distract yourself, you'll get notification as 'day follows night', it can take up to two weeks, sometimes these assessments are audited for quality, that can take some time. You've got nothing to worry about, because we all know these things can take time.
