Poem called cold snap
A cold snap has gripped the whole of the United Kingdom
I hope that the snow goes away soon and normality returns and our elderly people and can start going back outside again to daycare centres to see their friends. Our elderly people only get to see their loved ones who come to visit them in their home
And a young person can get back gaining knowledge through returning to schools open once again
Now our young children having great fun on their sledges
Although it picturesque to watch out of our windows but I know it hazard to be outside in the snowy weather
so I hope you stay safe and be careful out there

Update on I did get the Rac to solve the problem by a Rac engineer who did not send the report or the receipt by email like he said so I ring the Rac on the phone but no one was willing to help but sending the documents I want by email I just kept getting put through to different departments but no one helped me and their online form didn’t work on their website so I took to contact the Rac through Twitter and I got the email with the documents that I had wanting sending by email and the feedback I sent on Twitter I said that no one wanted help me with my issue on telephone and that no one was willing to help me and I also put that the online form on the Rac website didn’t and I put how helpful to Twitter social media for the Rac were very helpful and helpful resolving my issue and I was thankful for my feedback and was told that my feedback would passed on to the management to see if they could improve their processes but honestly I don’t hold much hope that anything will be done to change their practices and procedures and at the Rac but I can believe that social media is a powerful tool if used correctly0

@Globster I've noticed that contacting companies on social media seems to result in more success at times. Fingers crossed they work to improve their processes so others don't have to struggle either.
