Hey everyone my name is dave, I live in Kent, I am 38, 39 on the 22nd march.

I have Aspergers syndrome a form of autism, severe depression, anxiety which are part of having Asperger's. I also suffer with hypertension (high blood pressure)

I don't have any friends, because I look like everyone else people don't think anything is wrong with me, I mainly stay inside my house all the time, only go out if need food with my partner who is my full time carer, the one thing, all I want in life is friends, to b included, but everyone talks to my partner and jus ignores me, and makes me feel really depressed as I can see my struggles ☹️

Hi @Triple_V welcome to the forum, it's a great place to make virtual freinds. Join in with the conversations and games. Always someone here to natter to. Are there any clubs you can join in your area where you may make freinds with your hobbies.

    Hello @Triple_V

Welcome to the community! I'm so sorry you are struggling and going through such a tough time. Can I ask, do you have any mental health support? There are great organisations like SHOUT who are a 24/7 texting service.

I hope you come join us in Coffee Lounge. It's where we have general debates, talk about hobbies and play games :)

Hi there @Triple_V and welcome, I hope you can find this community to be a friendly and supportive place for you. Well done for posting, it can be hard to reach out sometimes :)

You might like to visit our Autism and neurodiversity category to chat with other members who have experience of living with autism. I'm sure you're not alone in having to deal with other people not understanding your Asperger's and how it's impacting you day to day.

When your condition is 'invisible' other people can think there's nothing else you're having to manage, and that can get pretty tiring to deal with!

Have you spoken to your partner about how you've been feeling lately?

I hope you can enjoy spending time here, and please let us know if you need anything!
