Appointee for PIP

Hello
Both my daughter and I are disabled. She currently receives DLA higher for both. She is turning 16 this year and she won't be able to manage her own claim for PIP however I don't know if I can be an appointee for her.
All of my renewals are paper-based as in addition to being deaf I have autism and terrible anxiety with social situations and can't cope with meetings etc.
I understand to be an appointee I have to have a meeting with PIP but I'd be unable to do this. We don't have a social network and her father passed when she was young so there is no one else.
What options do I have?

Hello SameeMy advice would be to put your postcode into the search box of this website and click search. It will give you all of the local welfare advice centers in your area. https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefits You can telephone or email if that is easier for you for advice.Kind RegardsNasturtium0

Usually when becoming an appointee they visit you at home. If you're unable to do this then you'll need to ring PIP to tell them why you're unable to have anyone in your home. https://www.gov.uk/become-appointee-for-someone-claiming-benefits
