Long term Mental Health

Hello, correct me if I’m wrong. I’ve been diagnosed with loss of mental capacity and been on absence with for nearly two years.
The company I worked for > 23 years have initially disregarded safeguarding or extra help dealing with MH issues internally as no action or assistance existed hence was not forwarded.

My position at this time March 2023 is stable yet with recent actions from the company in not contributing to my KNOW pension, release of a P60 in January plus diagnostics of ailments from their independent adviser as well as from mine, I have been reported that I have a long term acute disability. This seems to erupt at intervals of biweekly meetings etcetra or requests for information.
So what position can the company undertake to get rid of me???
