The automated payment line has been known to give incorrect information. £88 for a 4 weekly payment doesn't make sense and it doesn't refer to any of the daily living or mobility awards. A decision may have been made which could be the reason why your payment has changed. We can only guess what the reason could be so you can either wait for the decision letter or ring them tomorrow morning when they open to ask if a decision has been made.0

I initially thought it was standard Mobility but the amount is too low. The PIP automated line is not reliable, the amounts have never been correct compared to what my husband actually gets paid. I would wait until you get paid or receive your award letter. If you must, give them a call, although they don't always confirm an award over the phone.0

hello- please can anyone help me.
I have completed all the assessments now and been sent a text saying i will be awarded pip this Monday morning around 8.30am. I will have a better idea once this is all broken down in the letter. However, i rang the pip line and it gave me a lump amount-assuming this is a back payment. and wondering if this lands in the bank this week? but i have just called again and they have given me a new amount which if i break it down i can work out what i have been awarded. and with a June date. will i still receive the back pay - claim went in in Jan and was fully awarded may 15th this week. any help would be gratetful. i have never claimed anything before but sadly had a lot of spinal surgery and was hoping to get some support on getting around a bit more during the warmer months.0 -

If you weren't transferring from DLA then you'll be paid from the date you rang to start your claim.Once payment was sent it takes 3-5 working days to go into your bank. You can ring PIP to ask what you've been awarded and also to ask when to expect the money they owe and they will tell you.0
