Hi all
just a quick question.
would it help if my psychologist was to write a letter regarding my anger / frustration that I could send to the tribunal ? Or the fact that I’m self harming ?
a number of times I have told my psychologist that I no longer want to carry on with the sessions got highrate, luckily my psychologist has let me think whether I would like to finish the sessions rather than taking my rant as the sessions have finished
thanks

There's no harm in sending the letter if you think it will help.

Hi @poppy123456
i haven’t got any letter but would ask my psychologist for one if it would help, it shows that due to my MH I get frustrated and angry0 -
I don't think there's harm in asking your GP for a letter @apples, thanks for your query
We've just sent you an email with information on mental health support, so please let us know if you haven't received it.0 -
