Hi, my name is javid! Where to get the road tax reduction certificate

I am on standard rate of pip and have a Blue badge. I get 50% road tax discount but the long procedure to first pay full money n after receive have back from dvla, the post office girl told me that I can get the "Road tax 50% reduction Cert from the dwp, but I'm struggling as whom to contact.  Can any one help please?

    The person at the post office has given you incorrect advice. There's no such thing as the 50% road tax reduction certificate because it doesn't exist. You only get a certificate if you have Enhanced mobility.

    Unfortunately, the only way to claim this 50% discount is to send everything to DVLA, it hasn't changed since PIP was introduced in 2013. https://www.gov.uk/financial-help-disabled/vehicles-and-transport
