Hi all I’m new here, hope you are all well. I’ve been awarded PIP at the low rate. I’ve now sent all relevant info for a paper tribunal, I was contacted last week by pip and the lady was just asking was I ok? She then said she’d fast track my apple, does anyone know how long it will be until I hear back? Tia

I have no idea what they mean by "fast tracked." Are you aware that paper based hearings have a very low success rate of between 5-8%.It would be much better for you to either have a telephone hearing or face to face. Success rate of either of those is around 70%.I have no idea of the waiting time for paper based hearings but appearing in person or telephone hearings often it's several months, possibly longer.0

Oh dear, didn’t realise that. I’ll ring them tomorrow and see if I can change too a telephone hearing. Thanks for your quick reply.0

Have you managed to ring them yet @Cloud9 and, if so, have you been able to change it to a telephone hearing? Please feel free to let us know how it goes and if there's anything else we can do to support you0
