edited March 2023 in PIP, DLA, and AA
I was awarded PIP at the enhanced rate from 14/10/2020 until 30/09/2023.

I received a review from that had to be returned by the 28/02/2023, my wife and I are both housebound, there was a delay in returning the form, they didn't receive it until 07/03/2023, will the delay returning affect my claim?
*During this time there was a DWP strike, the address on the letter was one of the closed offices*

What is the average timeline from returning the review paperwork to getting a decision?
I am worried that I won't hear anything until after 30/09/2023.

If your payments stop because they received it late then you will need to contact them. There are huge backlogs so you could be waiting a considerable length of time. We have members here that are still waiting more than 1 year later. Your PIP will continue until a decision is made on your review. (even after the end date of your award)
