I’ve had my car for over a year now, and I paid my road from License every month. Can I receive the 50% discount backdated

    To be entitled to the 50% reduction in road tax you must be claiming standard mobility PIP. To claim this you must send all your documents, including payment for half the road tax to DVLA. It can be backdated to the start of your PIP award.
