I'm sorry to hear of your loss, if this sadly relates to your own husband. I hope you have a robust support network to lean on, and we are always only a click away if you need some virtual company and comfort.
I can see through looking at the Bereavement Support Payment government webpage, that eligibility is dependent on:When your partner died, you must have been:Have you had confirmation that your husband had not accrued enough stamp? There is a Bereavement support payment helpline who you can contact on:- under State Pension age
- living in the UK or a country that pays bereavement benefits
- paid National Insurance contributions for at least 25 weeks in one tax year since 6 April 1975
- died because of an accident at work or a disease caused by work
