Hello all .

How do I accept my
disability and be happy with? I am not talking about healing steps, routine, working on overcoming limitations or going for an extra mile !

I am genuinely asking for a working solution or process solution to achieve happiness while disabled ?

Is it possible to achieve ? 1.happyness?2.life quality ? 3.Life Satisfaction???

    Hello ,
I think the answer is yes you can have all 3.

Work at one at a time, ask yourself important questions like
     How , what and when.
    Take care

    Hi .
    Thanks for that.

I am bit confused now because I  have asked scope forum a question how to achieve happiness living with disability and became successful overcoming disability problem.

You returned my question back to me and tell me to ASK MYSELF HOW ,WHAT AND WHEN to achieve that?

If I knew HOW ,WHAT AND WHEN question and answer to ask myself I would not rise a question on the forum right?!

Do you have a working resolution for my question asked ?

Thank you for your advice .

    Have a great day.

    Take care.

    Hello @JB23

I think it is possible to achieve all three things, happiness, life quality and life satisfaction but everyone's journey with disability is different and everyone's definition of those three things is different.
Speaking from my experience, it took me almost a decade to achieve those things but there are still days where I think to myself, is this my happiness or is this my happiness in this situation? When chatting to a friend who is not disabled, they felt the same with that question on happiness.

Getting mental health support for my disability was the best starting point and you may find it beneficial to speak to someone too. There are amazing organisations like MindHub of Hope and IAPT
