Have you had the decision yet? If not then you will need to wait for the decision before you can request the MR.When requesting this you should put it in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. Include a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you. Adding detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were. There's also a form you can download and print off in this link here. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/pip/appeals/mandatory-reconsideration-pip/You can also get some expert advice from an agency near you. https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefitsFor the complaint, you will need to look on their website to see what their complaints procedure is. If your assessment was with Independent Assessment Services their procedure is here. https://www.mypipassessment.co.uk/feedback/If it was with Captia it's here. https://www.capita-pip.co.uk/en/contact-us#Complaint

Hello @adale and a warm welcome to our online community, how are you doing today?
I'm so sorry to hear your assessment experience was upsetting. I know feeling disbelieved is hurtful and I've been there myself. Please don't let it dissuade you from going on to undertake a MR and appeal, if needs be. If you feel your conditions warrant enough points for an award based on the PIP activities, then speak with a welfare representative from Advice Local so they can take some of the pressure off.
Do you feel comfortable with the next steps and understand things a little better now? I hope you're less upset and please visit us again if ever we can help. Good luck
Note: I've moved your thread to our PIP, DLA and AA category and slightly amended the title to help others spot it and respond.0
