Working Part Time LCWRA

Hello
Any advise please. I am in LCWRA for substantial risk (me and my daughter)
I would like to do about 10 hours a week from home but I am pretty freaked out about it causing a reassessment. Its been 3 years so I worry its sometime soon.
I've got Bipolar, so the eventually I will burn and not be able to carry it on.
Would it go against me at reassessment with substantial risk?
Also obviously freaked out as well from the budget (don't get PIP turned down) and I am feeling quite defensive about holding onto the LCWRA.
Thanks in advance of any information.

If you start working then you will need to report a change of circumstances and tell them you're working. You will have the work allowance, which means a certain amount of earnings received each month will be ignored before any deductions apply. If you claim for help with the rent your work allowance will be £344/month, if you don't it will be £573/month.People do work when found to have LCWRA without any problems. There could be issues at your next review if the work you do contradicts the reasons why you're claiming LCWRA. I can't advise if the work you will do will be a contradiction, sorry.Reviews are currently suspended so you won't be another anytime soon. The changes announced by the Government will not start until 2026/27 or possibly as late as 2029.1

This is where I feel confused with the substantial risk (it is my well being and my daughter because I need to be able to care for her). So does substantial risk mean to do zero hours or the substantial risk mean anything over the minimum wage x 16 hours.
I guess if reviews are suspended I could try it and if it does make me crash and burn I would just be able to give it up and carry on with LCWRA.

Starting some work does not end LCWRA.LCWRA will only end if you have a new work capability assessment and are then found not to qualify.0

Hello @carbow32. I would just like to add a warm welcome.
You mention you have bipolar. How are you feeling about everything and managing at the moment? Hopefully, you won't burn

I am just going to scale it back a bit. It only made me £20 in a month. I am currently in bed shaking with anxiety about these ridiculous changes they are going to make. I have three of those bracelets to post and I can't face posting them because I am in such a mental mess.0

Also, the changes you mention I assume you mean the proposed changes to the Work Capability Assessment process? If so, don't believe everything you read in the newspapers who quite often stir the facts and any changes aren't due to come in to force for quite some time yet and may not at all. Please try not to worry.1
