Hi, i’ve had a letter from PIP saying all evidence submitted makes no difference to their decision, does that mean the independent assessment of my entitlement will still go ahead? No date has been set, i just wonder if i will still get a hearing or not still or if that is it?
Currently on the phone to see what they say.

It means the evidence submitted will not affect the decision they will make, Medical Evidence rarely affects a decision because they don't explain how a condition affects you.1

Thanks i got through to them since, hopefully i have sufficient evidence, PIP commented saying their decision remains unchanged l assumably to put you off going any further1
