I have a letter from the DWP for a Compliance Telephone Call, it’s just so out of the Blue.
I phoned to try and change it, and every time I phoned it was the guys message machine.
I ended up at the Job Centre. They sent a message, so I’m hoping I get a call to say it’s been changed to next Friday, not this Monday. Why am I having this call? They sent me a letter months ago saying I have my Benefits until 2025, so why this Telephone interview, I’m so stressed 😩 any ideas people ? Even thinking they’re watching me, but I really don’t think I have done anything wrong, but what if someone has phoned them up and said some lies about me, I really don’t know what to think!

Sometimes they are done at random as just part of a benefits check. If you manage to speak to someone when you ring you can ask what it’s related to and they maybe able to give you some more information.
