I have a letter from the DWP for a Compliance Telephone Call, it’s just so out of the Blue.
I phoned to try and change it, and every time I phoned it was the guys message machine.
I ended up at the Job Centre. They sent a message, so I’m hoping I get a call to say it’s been changed to next Friday, not this Monday. Why am I having this call? They sent me a letter months ago saying I have my Benefits until 2025, so why this Telephone interview, I’m so stressed 😩 any ideas people ? Even thinking they’re watching me, but I really don’t think I have done anything wrong, but what if someone has phoned them up and said some lies about me, I really don’t know what to think!

Sometimes they are done at random as just part of a benefits check. If you manage to speak to someone when you ring you can ask what it’s related to and they maybe able to give you some more information.1

Oh no @Tammy152, that does sound stressful. Hopefully, he will be able to respond in time.
In the meantime, is there anything that might help it to feel less stressful for you at the moment? Please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything we can do to support you0
