Hey so im currently waiting for the decision maker to let me know the result from my wca its only been around 3 weeks so thats fine, my query is that my woak coach hasnt responded to any of my messages for the past 7-8 working days, i understand when you are placed in the support group for lcwra that you no longer have a work coach, so im wondering could it be that ive been placed in the that group on the dwp system but havent been notified and that could be the reason my work coach isnt responding to any of my messages? Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

It’s unlikely that a decision has been made, if it had then you would have received the letter on your journal. A decision can take up to about 12 weeks once the assessment report is returned.Sometimes they can be very slow responding the journal messages.0

Yes the estimated return time im aware of, i guess i have just been quite fortunate with previous messages then, ive never waited more than 1 working day for a response so i assumed this was the norm, i guess they will get back to me at some point then, thanks for your time 👍🏻0
