hi my anxiety is realy through the roof ive got my assesment for lcwra in 2 weeks time i have spinal injuries herniated discs , root nerve compression , degenarate disc . i suffer from depression and anxiety .i also have very bad asthma . can anyone tell me if i have any chance of getting awarded

Non one can tell you whether you would qualify for LCWRA because we don't know exactly how your conditions affect you. It's not based on any diagnosis. You can see the descriptors here https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activity Just one needs to apply the majority of the time.During the assessment you'll be asked questions about your health condition and how it affects your daily life. If you kept a copy of the form (you should have) you filled in and returned have a read of that before the assessment. Try not to answer any questions with just a yes or no and try to give as much detail as possible.The assessment can last anywhere from 20 to 120 minutes.
