PIP Tribunal Won

I had my tribunal hearing today and scored
10 points on daily living (standard)
12 points on mobility (Enhanced)
My claim started mid-January 2022 and been advised to expect the letter in the next few days to confirm it.
How long would it be expected to take to receive the back payments and start to receive the ongoing payments?
Are the cost of living payments also awarded that I would have received if I had already been receiving the payments and had not been waiting on the tribunal?

Good news. Up to 8 weeks to receive money owed and to put your award into payment. You will be entitled to the £150 cost of living payment that was made in September 2022. This should be paid automatically once your award is in payment.

Although your award wasn't in place during the qualifying criteria at the time, your claim did start before that date, which means you do qualify.Remember when ringing PIP you're speaking to someone from a call centre, who will have very little knowledge.1

Thanks, hoping things are not too much longer, its been a long time stress after the first assessment by the health care professional, last time I spoke with PIP the agent said it should not be long but from the hearing date both parties have 1 month appeal the decision too2

Sometimes, what other people do not think is a lengthy wait, certainly is for the people experiencing it like yourself @JohnLFC
