Thank you for you post @eeL . I can resonate with some of the stuff you have posted . Me too I like the thought of the baby born and the nice lights. It is way too commercialised these days it's horrendous. Your not miserable at all . I don't like this time of year I prefer spring . Christmas is too much hassle/ stress. My heart goes out to you now and always โค๏ธ. Thank you for being here I feel less silly because I struggle alot . Your a real gem ๐. Thank you

I know what you mean, I got in a very sorry state this morning, I know the signs from years ago I'm heading for another breakdown.
crying for nothing randomly.
closing down and deleting accounts.
anxiety, restless and aggressive flare up of all conditions usually under control that can be set off by stress.
getting confused and memory which is always impaired much worse.
snappy and snarly.
feeling cornered and looking for way out of it.

My heart heart goes out to you @Nightcity. I empathise with you now and always. We need to keep chatting with one another I think ๐ค. Dealing with mental health is really difficult. It is really hard to deal with . My grandma used to say it won't always be dark at six . At first I didn't understand but I do now . Obvious it means the dark days will pass . Sending a gentle hug your way . Strength in numbers hopefully ๐. Be gentle with yourself @Nightcity. Your doing the best you can and that's all that matters.

Hi @Nightcity I am so very sorry you are so unwell, can your GP help at all? Please do not think of closing your Scope account. You have been brilliant on the forum with your care and support for other members. What would we do without you.
You and your mum are a great team and you help each other. Your little dog is lovely she must help you.
You can always message the Scope team to see what support they can offer.
We are here for you anytime you need us to offer support where we can.
Please take care of yourself.

I know this sounds silly but one of my favourite things is snuggling in bed watching something like Midsomer Murders. It's cheesy I know. It's not even a cure but it's my own little space just for me . It's a special thing for me .

he does help where he can but I don't respond to any medications whatsoever going right back to 1992, both he and the mental health clinic said in the kindest way possible It's on me to get a grip and hope each time I can before things go too far. It fomes in waves in a few hours I'll be perfectly fine and over it, then it'll kick off again next week or next month.
thanks for your kindness always ๐
