    No I dont go out in cold weather much .

    When people put others down alot its difficult to have any self esteem .

    Life just keeps on throwing curveballs all the time @Adrian_Scope

    Its becoming more and more testing as time goes by .

    Plus i have physical issues to deal with as well .

    I am probably to blame for alot of things going wrong @Adrian_Scope .

    A good reason to learn from all my mistakes

    At the moment im not seeing any good in myself .

    I did apologise to my friend alot.

    I sincerely meant it too .

    My mental health isnt always in a good place .

    I know my mental health ruined the friendship .

    Its early days .

    I will be ok eventually.

    I do know though that my mental health ruins lots of things .

    I am who i am .

    Whats happened has happened

    Nothing i can do about it now .

    If im not forgiven it will have to be classed as water under the bridge

    Its still early days

    I have actually read that emotional trauma can cause a person to apologise alot .

    And emotional trauma has played a part in my life .

    Ive got to organise some things @Mary_Scope , i am going to hospital on Friday to have a pacemaker fitted .

    Need to get prepared

    Tomorrow is going to be busy too .

    Hey Strawberry ๐Ÿ“ I'm sorry you're feeling so rubbish atm. I hope your friend can forgive you in time. If you said something you regret then that makes you human. You're not well and we can all snap when we're in pain.

    The last time I saw you on here you were in hospital following a heart attack ๐Ÿ˜ฎ I hope your pacemaker surgery on Friday is comfortable and that it gives you a new lease of life.

    In the meantime, rant away - it's your thread ๐Ÿ˜„

    Good luck Friday @Strawberry1 hope you get a fresh start.

    My mum may end up with one also they are trying heart ablation first in mid December to try get rid of the atrial fibrillation. A cardiac arrest and a heart attack behind us already because of AF I know how absolutely frightening it all is, lots of love and best wishes to you
