I'm really sorry to hear that @Strawberry1, that must have been really horrible for you. It's so hard to cope with a betrayal from a friend. As Jane315STARX said so well above, please remember you're still important and valued even if this person wasn't nice to you.

I think you should definitely stay in here.Obviously only you know the situation and can make your own decisions about that relationship going forward. But in the meantime just look after yourself and appreciate that EVERYONE on hear is very happy to have you here.

I could just eat a bowl of huge Queen strawberries with sugar and cream.Havent had those for years actually.Last time I bought some was about 2 years ago from my local Mark's and Spencer.

Time for you to rediscover your confidence I think. You are obviously kind because you are thinking of how you could affect others. So you show that you are compassionate.Im sure you have lots more lovely qualities

hello everyone. It seems to me that people don’t seem to understand living with a mobility issue.

That's true, as far as i'm concerned. Ambulatory difficulties have to be experienced to be fully grasped.

Seems same for mental health this is why this conversation started awful isnt it that people minimise people's struggles
