    I have been in receipt of pip for around 4yrs now am I entitled to disability premium

    Who do you live with? I'm assuming it's the Severe disability premium you're asking about.  Does anyone claim carers allowance or carers element of Universal Credit for looking after you? Is it daily living PIP you're claiming?

    The disability premium isn't payable when claiming ESA. It's only payable when claiming either Income Related JSA or Income Support.
