Boost has switched my leccy meter off supply even though it's not supposed to go off between 4pm Friday and 10am Monday if on a prepay smart meter. I did run out of credit but it's still supposed to stay on regardless. I'm absolutely fuming as their is nothing I can do till the call centre opens on Monday. Anyone else had issues like this with their energy company.

The situation has finally been resolved, I've borrowed some cash to put it back on, Boost emailed me admitting that it shouldn't of gone off supply but that they can't do anything until Monday, so I had to borrow it off family. Boost said they gonna compensate me £10.Life is better in a fishtank 🐟

I'm pleased to hear you'll be getting compensation @JBS2022, nothing worse than being left in the lurch because of something that isn't your fault!Online Community Coordinator
