My issue is i have c. O. P. D spine damage osteoporosis chronic pains right side abdominal restricted head movement. I was knocked of daily living allowance pip. At first i was on enhansed next assesment standard and this assessment well yes you quessed right to nothing they refuse to score me 4 points on food and drink my answer being i dont eat much my sister promps me to eat everyday. 4 points should of been awarded the adviser scored me nill wrong answer. Food and drink was left blank minus my reply these 4 points are needed to get standard living allowance. I point out the error ask for reconsideration that reply was no change this was a over the phone assessment i was left with 8 points for mobility £25 a week for there incompetence over this issue my car had to go the only source i had to be able to move around now am homebound only able to wonder the garden my life is now [Removed by moderator- profanity] up not able to do nothing now cant walk far. Blantanly stopped my money because they can. Its like the reconsideration part is ur last chance beg. All i want is to be scored on my disabled issues not on there presumption. Its also wrong to make assumptions on over the phone when you aint able to see the person. Really do think they like to [removed by moderator- profanity] u up like when we used to get sanctioned for appointments not received through the post like this old guy xmas week they [Removed by moderator- profanity] sanctioned him so he wont have money over Xmas. Sickened me to the core. Was thinkin bout him all xmas. No compassion just sorry your sanctioned. Same as pip esa score no points people overdose who maybe r not mentally as strong as others. Them [removed by moderator- profanity] have blood on there hands
