Hello. My name Stephen. I am a retired London Firefighter of 42 years service. Like a lot of other people I picked a few injuries along the way which, when younger you shrugged off and coped with. But now approaching 70 they are resurfacing and making themselves known. I’m no different from 100’s of other emergency service personnel dealing with similar problems. Anyhow nice to be here 🙂
