Rang pip today to be told that a decision has been made today about my MR and a letter send out in the post she said she couldn't tell me decision as it doesn't show as has to progress overnight but I'm guessing it stays the same if I haven't received a text or a call asking if I can manage money just a waiting game now for the letter she did say I could ring tomorrow as it should show then but I get myself so worked up in the 45 min wait on phone it's horrible

Await the decision, distract yourself in the meantime, if it doesn't go in your favour, regroup, prepare your Appeal. I lodged my Appeal today.annie4 said:Rang pip today to be told that a decision has been made today about my MR and a letter send out in the post she said she couldn't tell me decision as it doesn't show as has to progress overnight but I'm guessing it stays the same if I haven't received a text or a call asking if I can manage money just a waiting game now for the letter she did say I could ring tomorrow as it should show then but I get myself so worked up in the 45 min wait on phone it's horrible0 -
They are correct that it takes up to 24 hours for them to see what the decision is. The same applies to receiving a text for a successful first claim, texts are not usually sent out until the following day after a decision is made.If this is a review then they don't usually send texts for success awards, even for MR decisions.0

How are you feeling about everything at the moment @annie4, especially with it being a first-time claim?

I've gone to tribunal as MR was denied it's just frustrating as the reasons they used to not give me points like no therapy no certain medications I sent all proof again that I have CBT therapy and these medications on repeat so don't get how they can use it as a reason when the proof is there0
