MR unsuccessful so off to appeal

Rang today and was told I was unsuccessful and a letter is on its way anyone any advice on going to appeal I've no idea where to start or what to expect

You can request the Tribunal here. https://www.gov.uk/appeal-benefit-decision/submit-appeal You just need to give a brief reason why you disagree with the decision. Anything you've already sent to DWP to support your claim doesn't need to be sent again because they will receive everything from DWP.Any extra supporting evidence can be sent at a later date.The only downside is it could be several months before you have a hearing date. It's always better to either appear in person or have a telephone/video hearing.

Oh that's so disappointing but please fight your battle. I have been to tribunal for education reasons and unfortunately I wasn't successful.0
