Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing well and not letting these challenges get the better of you (difficult though it is).
I had my assessment almost 10 days ago. Is it still possible to upload evidence?
Thank you, so much.

You will need to sent it to PIP by post. Is the evidence really needed? If you already sent supporting evidence, ask yourself will this extra evidence help. Less is often more.

Thank you @poppy123456. I'm undecided. All the issues and symptoms are in my application form and were discussed during my assessment and they've been attributed to condition x and y (with 2 separate pieces of evidence of x and y). Potentially, there is a further consideration (now) that that condition z and zz could be indicators. I know it's not about diagnoses, but the need to give something a name is very compelling! I might leave it, and I'll have it for later if I need it.0

How are you feeling about everything at the moment @Lottie1732. I can completely hear the need to give something a name.
Please don't hesitate to let us know if you would like to talk about this further or if there's anything else we can do to support you0
