Hello epilepsypipCongratulations on getting the Mobility Award of PIPRegards to daily living. you need to complete each daily living activity "Relaibly" https://pipinfo.net/issues/reliably that means you need to be able to complete the activity safely, repeatedly, in a reasonable time and to an acceptable standard. To be able to do an activity and score Zero points you need to complete the activity with all of the four Relaibly criteria. So if it is not safe for you to complete an activity then you should be classed as not being able to do that activity so you should score points. So if you have epilepsy and you have a seizure while you are preparing a meal then there is a chance you could seriously hurt yourself by either cutting yourself or burning yourself, if you were washing or bathing and had a seizure then again you could seriously hurt yourself or even drown and so on. This means that you would need supervision. Please read this link bellow it will outline what I am trying to say above a little better. You can get daily living award for epilepsy and this link will help you to word out your detailed mandatory reconsideration letter and that will help your appeal if it is required. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/news/safety-and-supervison-ruling-could-mean-pip-for-many-more-claimantsYou will need to do a MR Letter before you can apply for appeal. I strongly advise you do a detailed letter because this will help with an appeal if you require it.I hope that has been of some assistance.Kind RegardsNasturtium3

yes I said all this in the assessment that my mum watches me while I bath and I dont cook due to health and safety reason. I am going to wait for the letter to come and get all my evidence off doctor stating all the facts about why I can't cook, clean, wash,or even sometimes dress myself without having supervision like I said will keep everyone updated once I get my letter to say why I didn't get it
