Hi my partner was currently getting PIP low care and had an award review back of december 2021 he had a telephone assessment 28th Feb this year then 2 weeks ago he got a large payment the day after his PIP payment does this mean he will continue to receive this ? And have they awarded him a higher award due to lump sum being paid? Slightly worried incase its not the case thanks

Seems like he's been awarded a higher rate. If he received the money a couple of weeks ago i would have expected him to receive a decision letter by now. If you want to know what he's been awarded then he'll need to ring PIP and ask. Also ask them to send out another copy of the decision letter.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
